Curds en Salsa

Avocado – Jalapeño – Tomato – Onion – Cilantro – Lime – Cumin

Pick fresh veggies from the farmer’s market or garden and chop up a tricked-out salsa with Jalapeño or Classic Cheddar Cheese Curds! Cut some of the larger curds into smaller pieces. Top it off with a splash of lime, dash of cumin and sea salt to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips.
