2017 Vendor Application Season Is Now Open

Heirloom Farmers Markets will opens their market applications for the 2017 season Monday, October 3, 2016.  As Heirloom FM manages three year round farmers markets, each year they open up their applications to encourage new growers and producers to apply.  “This is an opportunity for us to open up the floodgates.” says Roxanne Garcia – Co-Director of Heirloom Farmers Markets.  “We have found that in the previous years, people believe that when the markets are at capacity we close off accepting vendors, and that is simply not the case. This is our way of offering opportunity for everyone to be considered.”

The application process begins October 3 with a 5 week window, closing November 8th.  The market applications can be downloaded from the Heirloom website (under the ‘Get Involved‘ section) or picked up at the market information booth.  If you are interested in applying, it is recommended that businesses are aware of the guidelines and initiatives held by Heirloom Farmers Markets.  All general applicant information can be found at www.heirloomfm.org/get-involved/.
