August~Heritage Foods Festival
August 23 and 24 marks our 2nd annual Heritage Foods Festival
The Farmers’ Market is celebrating our diverse foods that surround the Tucson area on August 23 & 24. This festival will feature all the local and regional foods like prickly pears or nopales, mesquite flour, mesquite tortillas, heirloom beans and dried chile pods giving you insight into what is grown in this arid climate and celebrating the heritage foods that abound.
