Michael Morse and his wife Sandra founded Inch by Inch in 2017 to raise composting worms and sell worm castings and related products for the benefit of our depleted soils. Michael has spoken to thousands of people about their plants, soil, and gardens and is dedicated to providing an alternative to synthetic fertilizers for personal and commercial use. Our sons Elliott and Oren Morse and Raul Garcia have made worthy are essential players in our business as well.
